At AnolaLiving™, we are committed to delivering your self-care essentials as efficiently and safely as possible. To provide the best value and latest innovations, we utilize a global fulfillment model, shipping our products directly from our international specialized manufacturing partners to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take up to 4 business days.

2. Shipping Estimates & Global Delivery We offer worldwide shipping with tracked delivery. To ensure the best quality control and pricing, your order may be dispatched from our global fulfillment centers.

  • United States: 5-12 business days.

  • North America (Non-US): 8-14 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking To ensure reliability, we partner with reputable global and local carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx/DHL for the final mile delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders within the United States, we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process. However, Anola LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order by your local authorities (especially for international shipments). All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

6. Damages & Lost Packages If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@anolaliving.com.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 15 business days, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
