At Anola LLC (trading as AnolaLiving™), we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Our policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.

1. 14-Day Return Policy You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement sent to info@anolaliving.com.

2. Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards Due to the nature of our personal care products, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition to qualify for a refund.

  • The protective hygiene seal must be intact.

  • The product must be in its original retail packaging.

  • Items that have been opened, tested, or used are strictly excluded from returns for health protection and hygiene reasons.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Reporting: Please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery for items damaged during transit to expedite the claim process.

  • Faulty Goods: For manufacturing defects, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund.

  • Evidence: Please include your order number and high-resolution photographic evidence in your email. Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

4. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@anolaliving.com. Once your request is authorized, we will provide the specific return shipping address. Note: Returns sent to our corporate office address or without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs For standard "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

6. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
