We want your Anola Living order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping options, timeframes, and policies.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. No promo code required — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
For orders below $75, a flat shipping fee applies based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team at info@anolaliving.com.
International Orders
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Anola Living has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@anolaliving.com. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please allow up to 5 additional business days before contacting us. Once confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
