Orders & Payments

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they enter processing. Please contact us immediately at info@anolaliving.com or call +1 707-773-7183. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier's website to follow your package. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with the hygiene seal intact. To start a return, contact us at info@anolaliving.com for authorization before shipping anything back.
We are sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@anolaliving.com. Include your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Products & Care
Our products are crafted from premium natural fibers including 100% Egyptian cotton, organic cotton, and terry cloth. Each material is selected for its softness, absorbency, and durability. Product-specific details are listed on each individual product page.
We recommend washing your towels in warm water (up to 40°C / 104°F) on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as these can break down the cotton fibers over time. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Our towels become even softer and more absorbent with each wash.
